SESAMA BAJA 2024 is the campaign slogan representing the values of Banua Abadi Jaya for the year 2024.

The term SESAMA BAJA is an acronym for "SAFETY, SOLIDARITY, MANNERS," reflecting the company's core values for 2024.

All employees are required to demonstrate concrete actions and behaviors aligned with the campaign values: Safety, Solidarity, and Courtesy

The reference for the SAFETY campaign values encompasses everything included in the SPDK (Employee Discipline Statement), KPLH (Mining Safety Management System), and SMKP (Environmental Mining Safety) PT Borneo Indobara (BIB), and all policies and regulations issued by Banua Abadi Jaya.

The value of Solidarity is demonstrated through actions such as mutual support, reminders, openness to information, empathy, and sympathy.

The value of Courtesy is based on social norms and ethics related to communication, behavior, attire, and morality.
